By commissioning me, you agree with all these terms.

I have the right to cancel or decline a commission request if I cannot create/animated well.

All commission is influenced by my style strengths, and preferences.

I can't quite give you an exact price quote without knowing what you're envisioning.DM me for an estimate as the price will vary a lot depending on the project's purpose, complexity, quantity, and duration!

I won’t accept a commission if art/asset wasn’t done. (Final mix can come later if the timing is exact)

I will only save source files for 1 month, I will delete/back up the project file after that period.

1x free chance for a re-render (after the revision slot runs out). Any request re-renders after will cost you an additional $15 (so please use your best revision slot, because re-rendering can take more than 5-8hrs sobs, it's painful, isn't it? for both of us)

Please respond or give feedback within 5 days after I submit the progress. Failure to do so will result in a deadline extension, I will also assume you don't have any feedback and proceed with the progress to the next milestone with the direction I judge best for the artwork. You may not ask for a revision for stage(s) that's already approved or past the revision window date.

To put it another way, it often gets confused. COMMERCIAL USE is ONLY if you are directly profiting off of the video from the product I produced (i.e illustration and MV), and have it monetized on platforms (This includes donations, superchats, and monetization). Having a video uploaded to YouTube without monetization is not commercial use! If you are not making money off of its period, you do not require commercial use.

Be honest and responsible customers~ I will always ask "where will you upload for this project and is your channel monetized" and I will check it, So let's have good faith in each other

Extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects with different rates. So please DM me first!

This fee is for Individual/Vtubers/Content Creators and Company. Please refer to this table below:

Full or partial payments are required before I begin working on any commissions.

Full payments under 90 USD. Partial payment plans are up for discussion for any orders above 100 USD.

All payments are in USD

The cancellation: is fine IF I didn't start on the commission and there's no payment yet.

Cancelled halfway into the process, I will not do any refund.

Full refunds: IF I take more than 3 months without progress

I highly recommend using your personal account to make payments (personal account/credit card) and don't use other people, especially parents if they don't know and don't agree, if there is a problem in the future and requesting a refund/chargeback I will not be responsible, and the money paid cannot be returned.

Discussion; brainstorming (fonts style, BG, final price, etc) until we both deal

Invoice & payment; I will send invoices after we both agree, and after I received the payment. That's mean I'm fully ready to work on your project

Start; I will notify you when I have started on your commission

Progress; I will send the progress periodically in low-res video or just screenshot. (intro > solo 1 > reff 1 > finish)

Revisions; the counts apply outside my personal mistake (ex : wrong lyrics or assets) extra revision will cost you

Please don't ask for additional files to be added or upgrades to your commission
